About Me
I am a research fellow in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore, where I also earned my PhD. I believe people are boundedly rational. We have cognitive constraints and limited information processing capacity. My research focuses on understanding the structures through which individuals are organized so that, despite our bounded rationality, the full potential of Information Systems and IT artifacts can still be realized at the system level for innovative purposes.
I enjoy (re)studying what we thought we already knew. My research usually takes on a behavioral theory perspective and employs computational simulations and econometric analyses.
Outside of work, I powerlift and play soulslike.
I am on the 2026–27 academic job market. You can find my CV here.
