Junjie Zhou

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore. Before coming to NUS, I was an undergraduate student at the School of Management, Zhejiang University.

My research focuses on the impacts of information technology on organizational knowledge work, with an emphasis on innovation production activities. More specifically, I have been interested in understanding how the design of information technologies / systems / platforms can lead to unintended consequences that emerge at the organizational level. I enjoy (re)studying what we thought we already knew.

My research usually takes on a behavioral theory perspective and employs computational simulations and econometric analyses.

I am currently on the 2024-2025 job market, you can find my cv here.
